The Youth Training program is in place to help create the building blocks for an athlete's future and to focus on physical development over anything else. This will teach every athlete the correct form needed for each workout and help with the speed and movement of each athlete.
This program WILL NOT use the tools available to the older athletes, which includes Rhapsodo, Radar Guns or Weighted Balls. We want our youth athletes to focus on the quality and understand the movements versus force production of those movements. Programs WILL include med balls, bands and body weight exercises.
