Our goal here at X2 is to help facilitate athletes to get better at their craft and help them become better people with the right kind of work ethic needed to succeed at the highest level. We do this by creating a program that is individualized to the player and isn't a one size fits all approach. X2 educates each athlete along the way. In-facility training includes STRENGTH and CONDITIONING, RESISTANCE TRAINING, MOBILITY, THROWING and RECOVERY.
Constant evaluations will be done using technology such as Rapsodo and Slow Motion Cameras to keep track of the progress of each athlete. You will always know where you stand with the raw data to back everything up!

Used to analyze movement patterns and tunneling pitches.
Used to record throwing and lifting data to analyze and track an athlete's progress.
WEIGHTED/PLYOMETRIC BASEBALL EQUIPMENT
This includes Plyo Balls, Weighted Balls, and Wrist Weights. Great for arm care and getting the arm warm and loose for throwing days.
X2 Baseball is a monthly membership. New sessions must be purchased at the beginning of each month. Sessions do not roll over month to month.
